ATTENTION ALL PATIENTS
Our philosophy in Pediatrics is that no sick child be turned away. We encourage parents to make appointments for their child but do understand that kids get sick and that may not always be possible.
We accept walk in patients every day in every one of our locations until the minute we close. You can minimize your wait time by calling ahead for the same day appointment and having any necessary paperwork completed before you arrive, including making sure that we are your child’s designated provider on their insurance. All new patients are required to have our new patient paperwork completed and every child must have an update completed each year as is required by your insurance carrier and state and federal law. Our appointments will be prioritized over walk-ins, but you will your child will be seen and given the same attention so please be patient and we will do our best to update you on current wait times.
Our doctors can be reached after hours, weekdays and holidays by calling 254-5437 or 361-5437. All calls will be returned promptly.
If your child has a life threatening medical emergency take them immediately to the nearest medical emergency room or call 911. If your child has a non-life threatening medical emergency when the clinic is not open, call 702-254-5437 for assistance from the on-call physician.

Attention To All of Our Patients
We have implemented new policies in order to keep all of our patients, their parents, and our providers and staff safe during this pandemic. We continue to see your children for Well Check appointments at all locations and have Telemedicine appointments for all other concerns available as well as in-person sick visits when necessary. When you call for an appointment you will be asked if your child or anyone in your household has had exposure to Covid-19 in the last 14 days. If you or a member of your household has been exposed, we will schedule a Telemedicine appointment for your child or schedule for a well check at a later date.
We will continue to operate at all locations during regular hours so that our patients can receive medical care. We have implemented several protocols and policies to keep the chance for exposure to a minimum. At all locations, we are utilizing safety and cleaning protocols as well as exposure protocols for all patient appointments.
Once you check-in at each office you will be asked to wait in your car if possible until we call you to be seen to maintain social distancing and we have far more stringent policies in place for cleaning of all services, use of personal protective equipment and physical barriers in order to prevent exposure. You will also be asked to complete a Covid-19 exposure survey to ensure that we reduce potential exposure risks within the practice.
Please note that we require masks for everyone above the age of three at all times while visiting our practices and limit to only one parent/guardian in the room with a patient for a visit.
